Journey Gym Review and Nutritional Guide Giveaway

The journey gym recently has been given a 5 Star Rating from the American Council of Exercise, a huge honor as not many fitness products get this rating.

Have you heard of the Journey Gym?  When I first saw it I though I had to have that, well more like my husband would love to have that but either way it works. He's all about keeping himself physically fit and i am all about him doing it!  So I was excited to receive the Journey Gym for review.

When we received the Journey Gym I was happy to see it was compact and easy to carry and store.  The Journey Gym is the world's first truly portable universal gym.  It can literally go anywhere and be used anywhere.

The Journey Gym is housed in a case that doubles as the platform.

Inside there are 20 resistance bands, with 5 on each side and an extra 10 replacement bands.  The bands are adjustable with 5 to 75 pounds per side.  There is one set of adjustable handles and the resistance only begins once you have the correct position.  There are 8 removable legs to help stabilize the platform as well as raise it up a bit for a good cardiovascular workout.

There is a DVD with specific trainings including a 5 minute set up video, a 10 minute circuit tone workout, and a 20 minute circuit strength workout.

There is also an online community where you are able to create exercise videos, track your activity and nutrition, and share your progress with friends and family.

The Journey Gym is so easy to store, use, and restore.  I love that it all folds up nice in one place.  It easily slides under the bed or tucked in a corner. My husband loved working out on it, I mean it's been a three times a day thing for awhile now, though he has not used the DVD to its fullest yet, he does do plan to.  The Journey Gym is great for working out at home.. and you can even take it outside or on vacation.

Along with the Journey Gym you get a Digital Nutrition Guide to help you to plan.  The key to getting fit is to balance your workouts with the appropriate nutrition.   They nutrition guide is written by Kim Lyons, a star trainer with Journey Gym.  It can be downloaded to your phone or laptop for use on the go.

Buy it:  Journey Gym ($299, $349, or $399 depending on the level you want)  You can also try the Journey Gym for 30 days for only $14.95 plus shipping and handling.

Win it:  One (1)  Digital Nutrition Guide from Journey Gym.
