Eat Smart Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale (updated with pictures)

The EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale is priced friendly for the every day consumer and perfect for everyday tasks from weighing food or ingredients to calculating postage. When I first received this kitchen scale in the mail and opened it up I was surprised at how lightweight it was. When I think of a kitchen scale, I think of a huge, heavy and bulky "always in the way" type of scale. Not this EatSmart Precision Pro Digital kitchen scale!! It's a very nice size, and can be kept on the counter without getting in the way.

This scale is nice because not only is it digital but its also easy to read! It also has 4 different ways that it can measure in (Grams, Ounces, Kilograms and Pounds). I have some pictures of each listed below!

Weighing a tomato is Kilo Grams (kg)

Weighing a plum in Grams (g)

Our new puppy (although the scale does not have typical use for this purpose) weighed in Ounces (oz) because she doesn't even weigh a pound. :)

Weighing an orange in Pounds (lbs).

What I really like is that you can set a bowl on the scale, zero out the weight and measure one ingredient (so it's only measuring the ingredient not the weight of the bowl included) then take out the ingredient leave the bowl there, zero out the scale, measure something else, and so on.  This neat zeroing out feature is called tare and it is super convenient and easy to do.
