Why Sulfate-Free?
Sulfate is the informal name for a group of cleansing ingredients called alkyl sulfates, which are amongst the most irritating ingredients commonly found in personal care products. Ammonium lauryl sulfate is the most strongly irritant, followed by sodium lauryl sulfate. Over all it's an awesome product. It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for and for all the benefits you get from this product it's worth it.
To give it a fair run I quit using my normal shampoo (Suave Professionals) for a week.
I know that my normal shampoo and conditioner is Salon Approved and they say you can tell no difference but I did. My hair was as smooth as silk, even after my daily straightening ritual lol. It smells awesome too and if your like me then having hair that smells as good as it looks is a must have!
